Kaip gaminti
Kiaušiniai išplakami su cukrumi. Jie supilami į ištrintą varškę. Sumaišome miltus su kepimo milteliais ir suberiame į varškę. Minkome tešlą, miltų dedant tiek, kad būtų galima formuoti spurgas. Suformuojame nedidelius rutuliukus ir juos verdame įkaitintame aliejuje. Spurgas atvėsiname ir apibarstome cukraus pudra.

500 g Quark
Mehl

2 Teelöffel Backpulver

Zubereitung:
Eier mit Zucker fein schlagen, in den zerdrückten Quark eingieβen und alles verrühren. Mehl und Backpulver mischen und unter den Quark unterrühren. Und zwar so gut, dass eine feste Masse entsteht. Den Teig zu kleinen Kugeln formen und sie im vorgeheizten Ől kochen. Die Krapfen kühlen lassen und mit Puderzucker bestreuen.
Curd cheese doughnuts
Ingredients:
LLithuanian style curd cheese 500g
All purpose flour
Sugar
Eggs 3 units
Baking powder – 2 teaspoons
To fry:
1 litre sunflower oil
To serve:
Icing sugar (sugar powder) for dusting
Place the curd cheese, sugar and eggs in a mixing bowl. Whisk together until smooth, pale and creamy – about 5 minutes. Mix flour with baking powder. Add the flour and baking powder into the cheese mixture and stir everything together. Taking 1 tablespoon of dough at a time, form the dough into small balls. Drop your dough balls into the boiling oil with a metal spoon and cook. Leave doughnuts to cool and dust with baking powder.
